Privacy Policy
Who we are
RadContour is developed by Reza Mohammadi (the "controller" in data-protection terms). For anything related to your data, contact [email protected].
The short version
- This website uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics scripts.
- The only personal data we hold is the email address you gave us for the launch waitlist. Sign-ups are now closed.
- The RadContour app processes all imaging on your iPad and sends nothing to us.
The launch waitlist
Before RadContour was released we ran a launch waitlist. Sign-ups are now closed and the form has been removed, so no new addresses are collected.
For the addresses given at the time we hold: the email address, the time of sign-up, and the country code the request came from. They were collected on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for one stated purpose — telling you when RadContour became available, including TestFlight beta access and launch pricing. Sign-up used double opt-in, so every address on the list was confirmed by clicking a link we emailed.
We still hold those addresses. Because that consent covered launch news only, we will ask you to opt in again before sending anything beyond it, such as product updates. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected] — we will delete your address promptly — and every mailing we send includes a way to opt out.
Where the data lives
The website and waitlist run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which acts as our processor. Waitlist addresses are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV. Cloudflare may process technical request data (such as IP addresses) in server logs for security and operations; we do not use those logs to identify visitors. Confirmation emails are delivered through our email provider acting as a processor on our behalf.
Cloudflare operates globally, so requests may be processed outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards (EU standard contractual clauses).
Analytics
If enabled, this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookieless measurement tool that sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not follow you across sites. It shows us only aggregate figures such as page views and load times, and we cannot identify individual visitors from it.
Retention
- Unconfirmed sign-ups: were deleted automatically within 48 hours; none remain.
- Waitlist addresses: kept until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete them, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (and equivalent laws) you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
The RadContour app
RadContour (the iPad app) is designed so that imaging data stays under your control:
- DICOM data you import is stored in the app's private storage on your iPad and processed entirely on-device — including AI segmentation.
- The app has no analytics backend and sends no data to us.
- The only network traffic is DICOM transfer to nodes you configure yourself; using it on appropriate networks is your responsibility.
- Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple; we receive no payment details.
You are responsible for complying with the privacy and confidentiality rules that apply to any patient data you import into the app.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated effective date. We will not use your waitlist address for any new purpose without asking first.
